Tracy’s goal is to make sure the entire real estate sales process is as stress-free as possible by focusing on frequent and timely communication. Importantly, Tracy collects feedback from agents on home showings, keeping clients in the loop at every stage. Her personal goal is to “offer a service that no other real estate team can.”
Getting a home market ready is a multi-step approach that requires close attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Early on in the process, Tracy works alongside agents and their clients to begin the MLS prep work. This begins with setting up a time for home measurements, noting all the key features and details of the property including any upgrades or special sales features. She takes great care to ensure schedules work for clients and don’t interrupt daily living. Tracy also arranges photography for showcasing homes. When agent and client are ready to move forward, she creates a multi-page feature sheet for the home and prepares the MLS listing and uploading to additional marketing sites. Tracy’s sharp focus on details helps free up valuable time for both clients and agents to focus on other priorities.
