We are currently looking for a Licensed Assistant to Real Estate Broker

We are seeking to hire a highly organized and outgoing individual who is passionate about real estate, committed to excellence, keen to learn from experienced brokers and wants to grow with our dynamic team!

This position will assist one of our owners/real estate broker with administrative and sales tasks from beginning to end. Daily tasks include preparing documents, scheduling appointments, detailing home features, creative writing, attending showings, deliveries, and client care.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with and learn from top, award-winning brokers in the real estate business. We will provide coaching and mentorship in real estate sales so you can grow with us.

  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required

We are currently looking for a Real Estate Administrator

We are a dynamic and productive, community based real estate team in Markham seeking to hire a highly organized individual who is passionate about real estate and developing their talent with our World Class Team. If you are detail oriented, keen to learn and want to grow with our team, please apply!

As our office administrator, you would work closely with our listings coordinator and be responsible for copy writing, and the processing of listings (ie. measuring listings/coordinating listing details) in addition to office administration (ie. maintaining office supplies, coordinating client and team events with our existing administrative team members).

The ideal candidate would be friendly, meticulously detail oriented, highly organized and enjoy working with a team in a fast paced environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Creative Writing Skills
  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required.

  • Able to be highly resourceful with a strong sense of accountability, initiative and effective time management skills
  • Strong communications skills to clearly express ideas in an objective manner
  • Analytical skills to ensure work flow generates the intended objectives

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our administrative team to efficiently run the front office
  • Liaise with the teams agents when a new listing is received and book an appointment with the property owner to view, measure and document all details of the property for prepping marketing and MLS materials
  • Preparing MLS worksheets, coordinating multi media applications, property magazines, and all necessary work flows for a new listing
  • Ability to use checklists to manage extensive details
  • Office administration
  • Coordinate client and community events with our administrative and marketing team
  • Assist coordination of our monthly direct mail campaign
  • Manage listing and client files and ensure they are complete and up to date
  • Answer phones, CRM management, and friendly contact with our clients and members of the community
  • Prepare Comparative Market Analysis packages for agents
  • Attend growth based seminar events with your team members
Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in real estate administration
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to creatively write content
  • Working knowledge of Google Applications (drive)
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
