RE/MAX All-Stars Realty Inc., The Benczik Team Realty is a leading Real Estate Team in the Greater Toronto Area, based in Markham, ON.

The Marketing Coordinator will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing and communications strategy that includes public relations, digital, social media and all supporting initiatives within The Benczik Team Realty, RE/MAX All-Stars Realty Inc.


  • Managing Website Development, Content Placement and Website Maintenance
  • Maintaining Current and Implementing New Strategies for Lead Generation
  • Managing SEO (google ad words, remarketing)
  • Developing printed marketing projects
  • Tracking and maintaining out-bound print direct mail program
  • Creating annual marketing budget and Marketing Plan- tracking expenses within budget
  • Managing our social media blasts and campaigns and creating new on-line initiatives
  • Managing Social Media Marketing and Team presence
  • Blogging

Other responsibilities:

  • Attending client/community events
  • Attending team meetings and retreats.
  • Assisting the listing department where necessary
  • Special Projects as assigned
  • Understanding and complying with the firm’s corporate brand, as well as compliance with requirements under R.E.B.B.A.


Education: Minimum qualifications are either marketing, communications or public relations diploma or a related university degree

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 of years’ experience in a marketing, advertising or public relations role
  • Excellent research, writing and editing skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Previous experience with websites and social media
  • Previous experience with graphic design and, specifically experience with software programs such as
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Google Drive
    • WordPress
  • Real Estate experience is an asset

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage competing priorities
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Thorough knowledge of production and design
  • Awareness of societal trends, website design and social media would be assets
  • Thorough knowledge of communication media and public relations activities
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Creative
