Find A Home Without Leaving Yours!
The time is now to begin using our virtual home buying program. Our latest technology provides several ways to view a property, attend an open house and finalize a closing from the safety and comfort of your home. Here is how the program works:
Virtual Buyer Consultation
Using our current technology we will schedule a video conference call to discuss the home buying process, as well as your individual wants and needs. Our buyer representative will review with you in detail your financing options, housing preferences and what to expect with offers and closing costs.
Receive access to proprietary inventory through our exclusive weekly newsletter. See homes that are coming soon and view properties that are exclusive to our team.
We will schedule virtual showings of the selected properties via Zoom, Facetime, Skype or your preferred video sharing platform. Together we will explore every inch of the property, take a 3D tour and review downloaded materials. We will also save you time by previewing homes online and provide detailed feedback virtually through video software. If you do wish to see a property in person, we have a process in place to do so in a safe manner.
Once we have found the home of your dreams, we will prepare an offer and use our latest technology to finalize the purchase electronically. Use your laptop, tablet or mobile device to sign the offer from the comfort and safety of your home.
We will communicate with our qualified licensed inspector partners and arrange for one of the few “essential meetings” at the home. The home inspector will combine the use of video, imagery and descriptions to provide a detailed digital report. We will discuss this report through live video conferencing, so you understand the home and all of its offerings.
The closing of the property is a team effort: in addition to yourself, your lawyer and your lender will all be involved in helping close the transaction digitally. Our lawyer partners have systems in place to have documents signed remotely and the funds transferred electronically.
In order to minimize contact, the keys for the home will be left in a lockbox on the property. The unique code will be provided by the seller’s lawyer to the buyer’s lawyer, who will then communicate with the new homeowner, eliminating the need to meet.
